Aims & objective of the Organization:

General Objective:

1. To free the common poor people of the country from the curse of poverty.
2. Poverty alleviation through self employment after well organizing the backward & poor women/ Men of the Society.
3. To undertake various program to create employment opportunity for unemployed women & youth specially those who are poor in order to safe the coutry, from the curse of unemployment.
4. To improve the life style of the poor women/men of the program area undertaking income-generation activities & Micro-credit Program related to socio-economic development & poverty alleviation.
5. To aware the unskilled population through Non.formal education, eradication of illiteracy and establish day and night school for Children & adult for life based education.
6. To take overall steps to protect the right of poor woman folk.
7. To assist the poor people of the country through Micro-credit program and promoting small & cottage Industries.
8. To bring Forward the poor Cultivator Through Micro.credit visavis Agriculture resources.
9. To provide financial help for rearing up & breading domestic animals such as cow,goat,poultry,sheeps etc.
10. To arrange employment for unemployed women & men providing Training on handloom & cottage Industries( such as training on sewing, cane & bamboo embroidery & cottage Industries.
11. To provide assistance for Pisciculture & fish Production, give financial assistance offer & training program & assist to fish resource production after establish hatchery in private initiative.
12. To provide help & assistance to develop surrounding of project areas and public Health & nutrition.
13. To provide loan & rehabilitation assistance to the affected populace of Natural calamity.
14. To provide overall assistance for skill development & income generation organizing the people engaged in different profession through operation of Micro credit program.

Child welfare:

15. To initiate acitivities for overall welfare of handicapped & up-rooted children and to buid them as a good citizen.
16. To establish right of the handicapped.
17. To arrange better treatment for sick & helpless children.

Women Welfare :

18. To provide various traing to poor & uprooted for socio Economic & human resource development.
19. To assist in improving the life style of unskilled & poor women after Identifying & organizing them through supply of resource; creating the self employment.
20. To motivate women & men to accept family planning for limiting the population.
21. To raise obstacle against dowry and take steps to establish women`s right no member of this Organization shall receive or give dowry.
22. Provide financial help to a mother of unmarried girl.
23. To provide training on primary health care mother & children health care & to arrange free good treatment.

Youth Welfare:

24. To provide training necessary formal & informal education to the educated & illiterate youth and to arrange permanent & temporary employment.
25. To provide vocational training identifying & organizing un-skilled, poor, educated & illiterate unemployed youth & to arrange different employment on the basis of providing loan.
26. To motivate the youth in social & culture activities and to protect the youth from un-social & bad culture activities, and to protect the youth society from the bad effect of wine , Gaza & Heroine and to arrange proper treatment & rehabilitation of the addicts.

Social Development:

27. To motivate the villagers to provide voluntary labour for developmental work through necessary training.
28. To repair the road to lease ponds cannel & marshy land of the village and arrange pisciculture.
29. Undertake huge program to protect environmental pollution and balance Nature and to Motivate the people regarding this.
30. To undertake educational program from the adolescent school drops out.
31. To arrange self employment after providing necessary training on pisciculture, rearing up of domestic animals, poultry & Black Bengal goat among the poor & less- poor people
32. To arrange sanitation facilities & safe drinking water and aware the public regarding this.

Qualification to be a Primary member:

1. An adult person having 18 years of age.
2. Committed to implement the aims & objectives of the organization & specially interested to engage himself for the welfare of the helpless, poor & distressed people.
3. Willingness of applicant in the prescribed from, subject to the approval of the authority.
4. Able to pay fixed fees/ subscription.
5. Any women & having honest, good moral character, having no interest & progressive minded who shall be bound to obey the constitution of the organization.
6. The permanent resident of this district (Shariatpur) temporarily residing in the program area & residing outside. But for the interest of the Organization & on unanimous decision of the executive committee. The person of other District could be the members & be included in the executive committee.

Clause 07 : Classification of Members:

There shall be 6(six) types of members in this organization, such as:

1. Founder Members.
2. Life Member.
3. Donor Member.
4. Advisor Member.
5. Executive Member.
6. Ordinary Member.

Clause 08 : Right, Duties & Responsibility of the members:

a) Founder member:21 Person shall be considered as founder member & shall be life members. If the founder member is died, his heir shall not claim to be replaced by the death members.

b) Life Members: If any person voluntarily donate Tk.20,000 (Twenty thousand) at a time shall be treated as life members. But that amount may be enhanced or reduced by the executive committee time to time.

c) Donor Member: If any person or organigation can donate Tk, 5,000/ (Five thousand) or more voluntarily at a time in this organization, shall be treated as donor member. But the donor member will have no right to vote.

d) Ordinary Member. Those who are interested to be a member of this organization shall apply in a prescribed from with Tk,30 (thirty) as admission fees & Tk.20 (Twenty) as monthly subscription. That amount could be decreased or increased time to time by the executive committee on unanimous decision.

e) Advisor Member: There may be a 5 (Five) member advisory committee in this organigation from the important person of the society. They will advice to implement the aims & objectives of the organization on request of the executive committee. They will be elected by the executive committee. But they will have no voting right. Any citizen of Bangladesh could be the member of Advisory council.

f) Executive Members: The operation and supervision of this organization shall vest on an executive committee.

Clause 09 : Termination & revival of membership again:

a) Termination of membership:

As per the dicision of executive committee:

1. If monthly subscription is not paid for 3 (Three) consecutive month.
2. If any member remain absent for three consecutive meeting.
3. If any activities against the interest of the Organization is done.
4. If violates rules & regulation & discipline of the Organization.
5. Death,mad.Bankkrupt & punishe or proved to be guilty by the court,or resigned from own membership or if any member is terminated of if his membershipis cancelled then the money given to the organization shall not be given back.
6. Application to the president shall made for revile of this membership within 3 (Three) months of cancellation of his membership on recommendation of any member of the executive committee being prayed for pardon for his act. But recommendation of the executive Director should be in the application. The chairman shall put up the application in the next Managing committee. But his membership shall not be re-instead if mental disorder is taken place or if any punishment is awarded being proved guilty of in the eye of law and until the expiry of 3 (Three) year of punishment incase of punishment.

Clause No, 10 : Implementation of Objective, Aims and Program of the Organization:

There shall be 2 (Two) committee to implement the aims, objective & program of the organization such as:

1. General body
2. Managing Committee.
3. Advisory body.

Clause 11 : Composition, Responsibility & Duties of General Body:

1. The General body shall compose with at least 21 (Twenty one) Legal Ordinary member. The general body shall compose with 21 members as mentioned in clause 8 (A) of this constitution & if any membership is cancelled or any vacancy arise due to death that shall be filled up from among the member of general body as per the decision of managing committee.
2. All the members of the general body will have voting right and be able to participate in the election.
3. The meeting of the general body shall be held once in a year but the meeting of the general body beheld more then one time in any moment on emergency on approval of the Chairman.
4. If any dispute aries among the member of the Managing committee or if dead lock is observed in the organization, the Managing committee shall be dissolved before the expiry of the period on two – third approval of General body member & new Managing committee shall be formed.

Clause-12 : Composition of Managing committee & duties:

A 7 (Seven) Members Managing committee shall be formed for proper operation of the organization by the vote of the member of General body or an Mutual basis. The duration of Managing committee shall be of 3 (Three) years. The meeting of the Managing committee shall be held at least after 3 (Three) months. The Managing committee shall take all the steps in achieving the aims & objectives of the Organization

Clause-13 : Settings of Managing Committee:

1) President/ Chairman :	1 Person.
2) Vice President/ Vice Chairman :	1 Person
3) Managing Director :	1 Person
4) Assistant Managing Director :	1 Person
5) Treasurer :	1 Person
6) Member :	2 Person

The First Managing Committee shall be formed with the following person & that committee shall discharge the duties for the next 2 (Two) years.
